Peanut Butter Oreo Brownies - the most simple and tasty little treats. :)
I created these while the hubby was in Afghanistan and shipped them over to him in one of the MANY care packages. He was so excited for all of the baked goodness that he was missing from being home so anytime I could come up with something new for him, that is just what I did.
These are super easy and not so bad on the tasty side. I hope you enjoy them as much as my hubby does. :)
Things Needed:
1 box brownie mix
1 package Oreo - Peanut Butter filling
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 13x9 pan
Oil Spray
Directions:
{ONE}
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with oil and makes sure to get all edges and sides.
{TWO}
In a large bowl put the oil, water, eggs and brownie mix together. Mix well until all clumps have disappeared.
{THREE}
Pour 1/3 batter into bottom of pan and spread to cover entire base.
{FOUR}
Take the oreos and place them all over the batter and cover as much of the batter as possible or as you would like.
{FIVE}
Pour the rest of the batter on top of the oreos covering all completely.
{SIX}
Bake for 25 - 28 minutes ::depends on your oven so the time could vary::

Let cool in pan completely.
